Sewell Automotive Group’s intent for this project was to keep the property pristine under all circumstances. Excellent customer service is a top priority because the company only wants to work with vendors that provide superior customer service. The client is known for being a benchmark of customer service with clean, modern and bright departments that reflect a memorable showroom environment. The landscape service provider had to be invisible to clients and staff when performing lawn maintenance. The landscape needed to remain understated while keeping the grounds free of litter and weeds, the grass mowed to the proper height, the shrubs pruned at proper height, and vibrant blooming flowers maintained. The client also relied on the landscape service provider to make recommendations for improving the property while also maintaining a strong relationship.
